This week in HFSS we focused on our health and wellbeing , recognising the national Mental Health Awareness week . On Monday during an extended tutor time , HFSS had a whole school lesson on creating top tips to promote positive mental health .
Every afternoon this week , we had a whole school meditation session led by teachers over the intercom .This was an opportunity for our students to learn the skill of meditation . This is a valuable skill to have during stressful periods of our lives .
Here in HFSS active planning for ‘Positive Education’ is very deliberate. That is the double helix of blending academics and wellbeing to contribute to overall positive
